What if your symptoms aren’t random — but meaningful signals?
Â
Many women live with ongoing symptoms that don’t fit neatly into a diagnosis. Digestive discomfort, fatigue, hormonal changes, skin concerns, brain fog, or inflammation are often addressed individually — if they’re addressed at all.
My work is centered on understanding the whole picture. Using functional labs, nutrition, and foundational lifestyle support, I help women explore what their body may be communicating and where support can be most meaningful.
This is a thoughtful, personalized approach designed to bring clarity — not overwhelm. And, help you feel more grounded and informed as you move forward.

Instead of trying to silence symptoms or push through them, we pause and ask what they may be pointing to.
Symptoms aren’t random. They often relate to nourishment, digestion, detoxification capacity, stress load, mineral balance, and daily rhythms.
When we step back and look at patterns together — and use comprehensive labs — we stop guessing. Labs help uncover hidden stress patterns, so we can focus support where it matters most.
Rather than chasing symptoms, we strengthen function — building vital reserve, the body’s natural capacity to heal.
Â
You’ve tried to do the right things — and you’re still not feeling well.
Â
You may have followed the advice you were given.
You may have adjusted your diet, taken supplements, or tried to manage stress.
And yet, symptoms persist.
When the body doesn’t feel well, it’s rarely random. Ongoing symptoms often reflect underlying imbalances that haven’t been fully explored or supported — not something to ignore.
Â
This is where a root-cause, whole-body perspective can make a meaningful difference.Â

Hi, I'm Katrina.
Â
My work grew out of my own experience — and many years of study.
Years ago, I was dealing with ongoing skin issues that never fully resolved. I was otherwise healthy, but I knew something wasn’t adding up.
At the time, I wasn’t working in health. I was simply trying to understand what was happening in my body. As I watched my family and dear friends go through their own health challenges, I noticed a similar pattern: appointments often led to prescriptions or procedures, but rarely to conversations about sleep, stress, nutrients, movement, or how everything in the body connects.
That question — why isn’t anyone looking at the whole picture? — stayed with me.
Over the years, it led me into deeper study. I trained in Ayurveda at the California College of Ayurveda and later in functional nutrition, and I continue to build on that foundation.
What became clear is that symptoms don’t exist in isolation. Skin, digestion, energy, hormones — they influence one another in ways that aren’t always obvious at first.
Today, I guide women who want to better understand what their body is communicating. We use functional lab work to see what’s happening beneath the surface, and we focus on the foundations — diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction, and strategic supplementation — to support the body’s natural processes.
I believe the body is designed to heal itself when we nourish it well and clear what’s getting in the way.
